As a hairstylist, the Washington State Board of Cosmetology has required that each client, as well as service provider, do a self-screen prior to arriving at your appointment.
YOU MAY BE ASKED TO RESCHEDULE FOR ANY OF THESE FOLLOWING REASONS:
A temperature over 100.4º
Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
A sore throat
New loss of taste or smell
Muscle or body aches
Congestion/runny nose - not related to seasonal allergies
Any COVID-19 related symptoms in the last 72 hours
Contact with any individual who has had symptoms of COVID-19 or tested positive in the last 10 days

*Please wear a face mask prior to entering the building and during the entirety of your appointment. If you do not have a mask, I will provide one for you.
